Students of K's Bolly Fit

It’s a one hour class. We start with a warm up routine which includes cardio jumps and stretches. Then we move on to a re-cap of the previous class and previous songs. Then we learn new moves. An average of 5 new dance steps will be taught in each class depending on the difficulty level of the dance steps. The steps will be repeated as a routine until the hour is up. Then we will do a cool down session which includes some yoga poses depending on how strenuous the class was.
